What??? Enother Dive?

Hi All,

We thought that it will be a good idea to have one more dive before the trip to Salalah, so if you are interested grab your seat.
This time we are planning to visit Khasab in Oman. We will be diving on the side of the Oman golf which is open to the Indian Ocean.
The plan is to drive to the harbor of Khasab and all meet at he diving center Musandam Discovery Diving center. From there we will take the speed boat for a 40 minutes drive to our first dive site.
The schedule will be as typically 2x I hour dive with one hour brake in between.
Meeting time 8:00 AM
Departure time 9:00 Am
Return 15:30
Cost PP including equipment 450AED
Cost not including equipment (air tanks and weights will be provided) 350AED

Water and fruits will be provided on the boat from the center but will be limited, so make sure you make the necessary arrangements for power snacks between dives.

The driving time to our destination is approximately 2H:30min. Please ensure that you obtain your Oman Visa.

NOTE: For the People that are going to participate on the Salalah Trip most likely the issuance of the one visa should be enough to cover both trips.



Last but not least is the confirmation of the date. We propose two different dates for the trip July 28th Saturday and August 4th Saturday. Lets vote and see which day out of the two will be the most popular.

Diving Trip Details:
Assembly time for morning schedule dive will be at 8:30 am in our office leaves at 9am.
The time of return depends on different factors. However, the whole trip normally lasts for 5-6 hours.
We offer free snacks, tea, water, juices, bread on the boat.
We have different dive sites to choose from in Musandam region. Destination will be depending on various factors such as weather, currents, and visibility.
The visibility keeps changing all the time.
Depth depends on which dive site we dive, but most of the dive site having a slop bottom.
We have 31 amazing dive site to choose from musandam Region. But we usually go to dive sites named Ghubb Ali corner, Falcon rock, Pipi beach, Eagle bay (North & South), No palm beach, Smirnoff Island, Hidden beach, coral garden, Abu rashide (Wall), Beecham's, Deep purple, Humsi Wreck and Telegraph Island.

Lots of marine life can be seen such as corals, morays, some rays, lionfishes, cuttlefishes, pufferfishes, nudibranches, lobsters, sharks, turtles and etc.
Prices for dive trip (including dive guide, speed boat, snacks, water, juices and dive tickets, which is a tax imposed by the government) :
For 2 tanks diving trips + full equipment it is 45 OMR. Total 480 uae | 48 omr
For 3 tanks diving trips + equipment it is 58 OMR | 580 OMR
Snorkeler it is 15 OMR | 150 UAE
Discover Scuba Diving (Non-certified) it is 55 OMR | 550 UAE
