First of all - very well done guys. Seriously at times when I was driving at the back of the convoy, I could not say if it was one of you of Yoghy took over, so confident and skilled the lead was! As for my drive I think it looked like a blind was trying to find something in a room and tripped over few times along the way... certainly more practice is needed. Even I did not take you to Oman, I have tried hard to bring you to camels so that you could have a close encounter with the wildlife. Apparently Dave appreciated it and added one picture to his gallery, but Marshals obviously had some other idea and diverted the convoy. Apparently that upset me so much that within a minute I got crested while trying to reinstate myself back in the lead :Psmiley: Other than those 15 minutes it was pure enjoyment and especially the short fast stretch when Bu Salem was taking us to the exit. After I came back I decided to take the bull by the horns and returned to the desert and gave myself a challenge - chose some random point on GPS on average some 3 km away and tried to navigate there. First I set the task to get there as fast as possible mostly by easiest route, and than to return to the original point by a more interesting track. After several runs I joined my friends who camped while I was playing for some BBQ. Thanks to all and see you soon.

We all met at Sweihan. Started on time. We were briefed by bu salem that we have to lead a intermediate convoy that means we cannot drive in advance style nor we can drive newbie style. All this time in offroading I had never focused on leading a convoy. I was more concern on enjoying the drive in convoy. Bu Salem explained us that An offroader should have capabilities to lead a convoy that too based on the level of members. Had good start and one by one we all had our turn to lead. All of us were at our best and I really enjoyed every moment of it. We did had fun. Once after reaching Old lady BU salem got us back on road in record time. We did rally style driving in sabka. Thanks to all members , Senior members , Bu Salem , Yoghy and Majaaz for making this trip amazing. Special thanks to founders , Chief Marshal , Marshals and senior members to train us to be here and give is an opportunity to lead.

Dear all,
First of all thanks [MENTION=27]alshamsi_m[/MENTION] to have accepted me as passenger in your great FJ...It was just awesome and so fantastic, it's was my first time I was inside a car doing such easy track and swigging over th dunes....and I can say the Old Lady one was so unbelivable, to arrive on top, alone... the same feeling when I'm in mountain and u arrive at the top without any other persons...Surrounding landscape was beautifull.
And I was spetactors at the first row for the lead of each Intermediate, guys you did great track... respect... one day I hope to be able to do the same....but one step at a time, I count on you, Intermediate, Marshall to teach me the way to have fun, but safely...have a great week....
