Hello Everyone

Another nice event for the family to try camping for our club members and to get close to your second family " Almost4x4 ". The weather was just right, neither cold nor hot. I loved the atmosphere of playing the games with zico and sharing the food by everyone. Sorry fida but khallaf is striking with his BBQ to get his place among the best cooks.

Saeed Bamani joined us with abd????? ( sorry forgot your name ) who was playing Guitar but unfortunately, he couldn't sing " No woman No cry ".

It was nice seeing FALCON & WASEEM back to Club . Hope to see you more often.

Tell next camp , take care and see you in the sand

I was always wondering Al Qudra lake since i had seen only the pictures around but there had been no opportunity to visit. It was nice weather, nice location and nice people...Thanks to alshamsi_m for organizing this camp and all people who made it a warm environment under cool weather.

Here are some minutes from the camp;

After a long week in work and stress, alshamsi_m always have something planned for us to look up for. it was a lovely and stress releasing trip. the weather was great, but then it got super cold. I even slept next to the fire. there were lots of new faces for me, and everyone was friendly. we shared laughs, music, food, and games Hosted by Ammi zico. I didn't Join the drive because I had to go back home to plan a private family and friends camp so, I cant comment on that. But the camp was super great, Trust me guys, DO NOT MISS ANY CAMP.

P.S. My Singing team has re grouped after a long time, so be prepared for the next camp.

I know I am quite late for this report but I was away for couple of weeks. My first camp with the club,,finally.... It was a nice place next to al qudra lake. only a short drive from the meeting point. It was perfect weather, thanks zico for all the games, that was fun. My friends who visited Dubai had liked it very much and surprised to see such a big off road community. (proud moment to be a part of it)

However had to sleep lil early as we had a drive next day morning. Thanks hamzahng for parking the pajero next to my tent so that no body will run over me at night in pitch black.

Next day we had the amazing spirit of the union drive. we hit the dunes on the other side of the alqudra where we had soft land drive couple of weeks ago. After the briefings by @alsmasi_m and Abu Jimmy we hit the dunes where ALKHATIB was leading. Something different about this drive though. We didn't have nice rythemic drive like my past drives, it was rather quick, small to medium dunes where we had to make quick turns. I can't imagine how marshal ALKHATIB had to make quick decisions where to go. It was like driving over 1000 speed humps, except they are larger. But was such a great experience and a good exercise to know desert is not the same everywhere. we will encounter different types.

We finished the drive around mid-day, after seeing some mission impossible action from zico. (he was doing some sand donuts)

Anyway that was a good experience, such a good exercise, we had a few second tries, one pop-out and couple of stucks. but drive was ended in a reasonable time so that I could catch my flight. Thank you all the marshals and founders, int/adv drivers for looking after us.

See you on the sand soon.
