I would second what Al Shamsi said. The little much that I know him, I believe he has seldom (if at all) turned down a request.

Please avoid vagueness in your messages, and be clear as much as possible to avoid the misunderstandings between members.

In case a request is made to a group of people, you have to be polite and wait the group reaction towards you and never blame one person why he or she didn't realized your request.

We are all members in this club and looking for fun all together and there is enough trips and chances to attend and enjoy these, and all this thanks to the efforts of Marchals/Leaders and Rescue team.
