Dear All

Even if the camp will start at 5 pm , you can still join us for the evening to the camp becuase we are going to be there and the route is relatively easy so you can come by your own " if you have a gps or you use Google maps ".

if you can't come to the camp then you can come in the next day morning on Friday too

if I may make a suggestion.

in Thread it says Friday(day2) for ladies drive. but I only see them being able to register on Thursday(day1).
some might not want to join the camp. and might get confused and not register.

Suggestion: either make two choice as day 1 and day 2 for ladies, or shift the subscription option from day1 to day2

hello admin. the kabayans would like to join the bbq challenge but I can't see the option for me to register. I have joined Day 1 Ladies Drive and Day 2 Convoy. Help please. Thank you. :)

Dear members

We make some amendment to the registration system

So please make sure your name is The list and re-registration again if not

and there some of AGA rules to be sure you not forget anything


Camp and Challenging Rules :

1. Camp is open starting from 5 PM.
2. The Event Start at 8:30 PM.
3. Campers : DON’T FORGET YOUR BBQ TOOLS “ we will provide you WITH the meet/chicken ONLY “
4. Campers : Don’t forget to bring your own TENT.
5. Campers : Shower & Bathrooms are available.
6. LATE CAMPERS 10 pm : Bring your own food .
7. Challengers : There are 3 prizes for you .


Camping meeting :

1. Thursday meeting : A Marshal will be waiting at Benyyan tree gate at 7:45 pm and will leave at 8:00 pm SHARP “ Coordinates will be provided “.
2. Friday meeting : A Marshal will be waiting at Benyyan tree gate at 7:45 am and will leave at 8:00 am SHARP “ Coordinates will be provided “.
3. Campers who join only Thursday night and would like to leave in the evening .
a. Option one : will be escorted by a marshal at 12 AM
b. Option Two : we be escorted by a marshal at 7:30 AM Friday
c. Option Three : You go by your own
4. These are the marshals IN/OUT timing we are not going to do any escorting service
