Hi Wasif,

I called up GN Sheikh Zayed Road and was told that registeration is possible only after publication of confirmation of participant list which will be tomorrow (04th Jan). However, they are unable to confirm if office will be open on 05th Jan for registeration of passenger if not it will be 06th Jan (Sunday).

Dear Bu Salem / Wasif

i paid Dhs 175 for my son as passenger through GN DXB under OR#1231 today. But the reception did not gave me the extra meal ticket for the passenger, instead they advised to collect it from GN AUH OFFICE where Almost4x4 had register. I will email to the OR. Please advise what to do next.

Guys, just add your passengers and send me the reciept scan. The packs will be collected in Abu Dhabi and sent to Bu Salem with original receipts.

You will have to carry both the receipts with you to the check in at the drive where they will give out the food vouchers.

also please send Emirates ID or passport scan with visa page for all passengers if you haven't submitted the same when you added them.

Wasif, I really admire, what you are doing for these innocent & virgin drivers... Without your help, they all would be lost somewhere in a desert screaming the sentence from childhood ... "Mama, pls help, I'm lost!!!"

no tickets here. and I believe tickets are full in GN. best chance is dubizzle or third party. all probably selling over price.
And no, I dont know any other third party. and no, I can not do research for anyone unless they pay me 10000 aed deposit. once bought the thicket I will refund you 5 aed
other thing you can do is try to sneek thru officials and if busted get jailed. and in that case. I take 10000 aed to help you get out. if not, I will refund 5 aed
or you can wait for next year event, and I can get 10000 aed to confirm your place, if not, I will refund you 5 aed

Desert is free and anybody can drive wherever he wants. You can join the Almost convoy, but you need to bypass checkpoints and you'll not get goodies, breakfast and dinner and recovery by official GNFD Marshals... This is my advice, free of charge...
