Based on the lights, front grill, side mirrors and the shape of rear bumper, I don't think it is Fortuner... and definitely not Hilux

You are right Capri, it is not a fortuner or hilux. It is their bigger brother which is a forerunner.

Even it does not look for me as Forerunner... The Forerunner has in front typically a single plastic line on the grill, this one has two plastic horizontal lines.

Forerunner with 2 "lines" across the grill. Also compare the fender lines with the modded up version.
