What i really like about the Legendary Capri , is his sense of "hammer"......:011:caprihorse;11259 wrote:Come on FSL, this is Nissan and not some American underpowered model with huge engine and consumption and low power and torque :015: There is no need for engine mods at all :038:

Thanks for the heads up,My search is drawing to a close... soooooonn...Desert Lizard;10307 wrote:Mabrook, finally you got the ride, may I suggest a quick check list:
1- Check the cooling system thoroughly, the weather is getting hotter and nothing will kill a car faster than overheating: radiator, water pump, hoses etc.
2- Change ALL the cars lubricants: engine oil, differential oil, and check brake oil.
3- check the fuel pressure and fuel pump and fuel tank (for dirt)
4- inspect the brake pads and replace if necessary, check the drum wheels while your at it
5- Check the condition of the spare tire..
6- check the tires and rotate them if that has not been done
7- Check the rubber bushings on your suspension, engine and gear mounts. Also check the engine fan belt.
These are not mods, but checks you may want to do to have piece of mind.. cars can pass the police/RTA testing and still have hidden issues
Good luck bro, may your ride never get stuck
