Hi DL,

Guess i am slowly but reluctantly giving up on the Defender....checked out a few Cherokee's today. Need advise from the experienced marshals on the forum with it!!

Well, if you want to go for a cherokee... I'd suggest to visit Ajman Car Souk. You'll find loads n loads of cherokees over there.

It would be great if you can get a stock cherokee in a good condition and then start modifying it yourself.
It will be kool to work on a project like this and you'll learn a lot about it as well.

I think you'll be able to find a good condition cherokee for around 15-20k and put the rest of money to mod it and you'll get a real mean offroad machine :028:
