Good initiative, these last much longer than the conventional stem valves, however, the rubber washer that holds the valve step will give up sometime, hence it is recommended to get a few spares, the or keep a few valves as spare.

Just a heads up - if you have time you can order the Billet Specialties Stems (999900). Cost will be under $10 for a set of 4 +shipping from Summit or Jegs. I have used them in the past with no issues.

If your in a hurry I stock metal stems here in RAK but they are designed for armored applications and 80-100psi with extreme abuse from Hutison but they are around $8 each.
