disable FJ belt alarm

1. Turn the ignition switch on (without starting car)
2. Press the ODO/TRIP switch until the odometer displays "ODO"
3. Turn the ignition switch off
4. Turn the ignition switch on
5. Press ODO/TRIP switch immediately (within 6 seconds after turning the power switch ON) and hold it down for 10 seconds or more.
6. Continue holding the ODO/TRIP switch and fasten the front passenger's or driver seat belt .
7. Check that the odometer displays either "b-on" or "b-off" (it will be "b-on")
8. Press the ODO/TRIP button to change the display to "b-off".
9. Turn the ignition switch off.
10. Turn the ignition switch on while depressing the brake pedal.
11. Check that no buzzer sounds when setting on the front passenger seat.

Thanks ALKHATIB, tomorrow the first thing on my TO DO LIST. lets see because I am fed up by telling the passenger to fasten seat belt. I always drive while seat belt fasten.

And don't forget to press 3x clutch pedal, open the rear right door 2 times, insert from there a CD (album from Deep Purple: Made In Japan) and play the song No1. "Highway Star". You'll double the power of your torque.

Capri that will take DC forever, he has to find the clutch first ..hahahahaha

Hehe, still I don't understand why you all are playing with cables, if you don't understand how can any unplugging affect CPU and logic in it. You didn't program it, or did you??
If you don't want seat belt to be used when driving and don't want the alarm, use the technology of old days. Plug the seat belt where it belongs and pull the strap behind your seat.
But still, why you don't want to use seat belt ??

Tried it yesterday on my 2010 ...the odo read b off but the alarm still rings
