Tyres are very important for the safety, when you are driving mostly tarmac, they can let you fly away off the road. My advice is - "Never Buy Second Hand Tyres".

I agree with Caprihorse ... but my advice ... " Never Buy Second Hand Tyres From Irienian Shop " becuase they have ways to make it as good as new ... but if from someone you know then it is fine

the stock diameter is 25.9 in while the new diameter will be 28.5 in
Speedometer reading with non-stock tire is 10.3% too slow
when your speedo reads 100kph you are actually travelling 110.3kph so beaware of radars until you adjust your speedo.
The bad news as per my informatiion the bigger the rim you will go the less rubber you will have which will affect your tire footprint since the side wall for the new tire will be only 146.2mm when the stock was 150.5 (slight effect)
