Pajero suspension - need your opinion

I used to have an issue every time I start going on a dune. the lower part of the bumper would hit the sand and it caused the Front Bumper to get damaged. after trimming and installing a Kill Switch ... the car was running smoothly with stock shocks in the desert.

Thanks [MENTION=8658]hamzahng[/MENTION] . my next option is to cut the bumper as mentioned by you. i already removed the bumper mud guards and got some clearance. since my pajero is mid option, it dont have traction control. only problem bothering me is ABS. it starts to pulse while doing drops. not sure if its better to disable or not.

ABS should be always on, the pulsing effect is OK, it means, that your ABS is working properly, pls check the pictures in this blog - http://www.almost4x4.com/vb/showthread.php?2035-ABS

The problem is it keeps pulsing for 2,3 seconds after the drop and making it bit difficult to get the power need to climb the next dune but
As you mentioned in the post, safety is more important than anything else.

Hi @mahesh_bmj, is the ABS still pulsing after you release your foot from the brake pedal? It should not, as ABS should get engaged only when you brake.
If it keeps pulsing and you're not braking, then it's traction control and/or vehicle stability that are kicking in.
