Thank you Yoghybear for organizing this early. Just signed up for the drive. Is there a way to self recover after being crested? Im getting good at self recovery from my own drives (while waiting for the club drives) and self recovering while crested seems to be a tricky one. Any jacking/high lift/ air jack technique that works with shovelling to get yourself uncrested?
See you on the sand.

Hi Sand Pit
There are two ways to solve the cresting problem :
1. You keep driving with experienced people who will help you to overcome this technique.
2. Have a proper shovel and dig till you see the light from the other side of the car. Or make sure that the bottom of the car is not touching the sand. Once your car sites back on the suspension you are going to hear " tick tick tick " if you hear that sound then you are definitely free.
Happy Shovelling :brigade.baka-wolf.c
