Hi Guys,
I have a little problem with my newly acquired Jeep Cherokee XJ 1999. I'll explain the situation and welcome suggestions from experts.
Symptoms:
Driving at 100 - 120 Km all of a sudden front of the jeep will wobble and its not just the steering wheel entire car wobbles as if everything is going to fell apart. ( feels like you are in the epicenter of earthquake)
Applying brakes and bringing it back to say 60-80 Km it drives fine again.
History of Car.
Car was imported from US back in 2012 but kept in garage for 2 year and probably did 1 km at most.
Modifications:
1. Replaced all the fluids ( engine oil, power steering oil, break fluids, differential oil )
2. 2.5 inch rough country Lift kit
3. Bigger Tyres ( 255/55/R15)
Actions Taken So Far.
1. Steering shock replaced ( old one was damaged).
2. Wheel Balancing and wheel alignment.
3. Changed Spark Plugs.
4. Changed Air Filter.
Wheel balancing reduced the wobbling a little bit but not completely.
Someone suggested to change all the rubber bushes not sure if thats going to work or no but I need opinion from all the jeepers :)
Thanks in Advance.
