Hi Friends,

My name is AbdulHussein Karim - Aka Duli

To start with... I dont own a 4x4 yet:shy: but had been part of the group for THE GOLD CM on this past Friday - 20 Dec with a club member (Muslimfaisal).

As I am planning to buy a 4x4 very soon and be part of the Almost 4x4 family. Now here I needed some expert advise in which car should I go for keeping in mind that this car I am buying for on-road as well as off-road (priority to be given to off-road capabilities)

1) Jeep Wrangler Unlimited 3.8L (sport / sahara)
2) Ford F-150 (4 door) 5.0L

I had gone around and saw these two cars which I liked and fits within my budget.

Please let me know your advices soon so I could decide accordingly. If you would like to suggest any other car please do let me know about it.

Looking forward to hearing from you all soon and joining you all soon in the drives.

Thank you all in advance

Helllo Duli , welcome to the club and your second family, hope to see you soon on the sand , please read all blogs summarized in this thread -http://www.almost4x4.com/vb/showthre...Most-Important

Your best shot for a daily use and off-road vehicle in a reasonable budget is ,

1- Jeep Wrangler JKU
2- Toyota FJ cruiser
3- Nissan Xterra

Definitely not Jeep, if you want a real car for off-roading and on road, take Nissan, preferably Patrol. The second option would be Xterra. Jeep is notoriously known as the car calculated for 100k km and never finished with mods and demanding lots of repairs.

No problem at all ... Looking forward to see you with your new toy ... just stay away from jeep if you don't have time for garages

What do you mean by this? Do you want to take into the desert all your relatives? :)
