Honesty speaking the one who wrote this report does not seems to know how many FJ are being sold in UAE year by year or actually maybe he does...till the sales keep increasing they will never such a production...there are cars are only assemble and launched in UAE, you will never see them for example, Spain, Italy, France and are top sales in GCC countries.
