The Event of the Year.
Let us have fun and play with our drivers. The idea of the game is that the drivers will be taken to a place where they will be asked to cross an area which is relatively small. There will be no need to make a convoy or anything similar. It is very simple game with simple rules.
You have to cross few GPS points and arrive to the target and we will measure the time. At your drive no assistance will be given, so you may think about your self-recovery tools. The winner in each category, will get a classical bottle of Champagne and huge ovations from the audience.
At some points, there will be positioned Observers (Newbies) to mark all the cars, who achieve to drive, to particular point. Challenger and Observer must shake hands with each other, where Challenger stretches his hand as first. We ask now potential Observers to register for this event.
There are not allowed any passengers in Challenger's car, neither, wife, kids nor girlfriend.
The role of Time Takers will be to send the drivers on the track (in 5 minutes intervals) and record the time for every Challenger at starting and finishing point.
There will be also audience built mainly from Newbies, who will watch you carefully, your driving style and eventual self-recovery. Fortunately for the Challengers, the audience will not be allowed to enter the territory by their cars, not to endanger the progress, only by the foot at designated area.
Usual mandatory recovery gear applies. Flagpole, GPS and radio are required to be as must. At the Gathering Point, Marshals will check all the cars for compliance with the requirements. All those, who will not have the required equipment, may join us the next year similar event.
Carry enough petrol, water and refreshments.
Challengers, Observers and Time Takers are required join BBQ camp, to be ready early in the morning.
Before trip it is advisable to read club notes on safety and driving in convoy.

Important Notes:
A real off-roader must be able to read and understand all instructions given to her/him not only during the drive but also at the registration process, to ensure the safety and success of the whole event. So pls follow all instructions accordingly, this is a first test for you.
Newbies, please kindly register with your nick, phone and car model and number of earlier drives (X). (Replace X with the actual number). We have some tools how to check the number of previous drives by individual members. All those with wrong registration will be disqualified immediately with no mercy, as it would be the sign of not reading the whole instructions by them, so we may not rely on, that they would be listening to instructions over the radio on the trip.
Intermediates/Advanced drivers are not required to place anything similar to X to their names.
Additionally, if you registered and you cannot come in the last minute, let know about it any Marshal/Explorer on the list, by phone or SMS, stating your Nick, before 11:59 am on Wednesday. NOT AT MIDNIGHT…
Alcohol consumption is not allowed on our club’s trips, drives & camping according to our safety regulations.
During the registration Marshals may decide who to allow on this trip and the final cars in the convoy.
You will receive later the coordinates for the whole event as hard copy for all GPS points and as downloadable file (with all GPS points, tracks and routes), through PM.
