Dear Members,
Under the patronage of HH Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed al Nahyan, Minister of Foreign Affairs,Volunteer to keep the environment clean!
Takatof (Social Volunteering program) & Sanid (National Emergency Response Volunteer Programme), an initiative by the Emirates Foundation for Youth Development invites volunteers to join the Desert Clean-up campaign at different venues across the UAE.
We will be marshaling this event to ensure the safety of the volunteers. So anybody, who feels more experienced as 1st time driver in the desert, is welcomed, however he must be equipped with radio, flag pole and some basic recovery tools, e.g. shovel to borrow it to 1st time convoy cleaners, to let them dig.
Venues:
•Abu Dhabi (Al Khatem)
•Dubai (Al Warqa’a)
•Al Ain (Bidaa Saud)
•Sharjah (Al Badayer)
•Ras Al Khaima (Awafi)
After registration, members will be sorted on the areas as needed.
