Tickets are now on a first-come-first-served basis. Reservations are no longer possible. They will be given to whoever shows up first with payment. (See list further down)
Programme for the event:
3:00 - 3:30pm Arrival
3.30 - 3:45pm Introduction to game rules
3:45 - 4:00pm Teams set-up
4:00 - 5:30pm Games
5:30 - 6:30pm Club presentation, prize giving & raffle
6:30 onwards BBQ
8:00 Celebration time!

Games:

• 4 types: Skill, strength, table and quiz
• Teams will be decided on-site as we cannot have people missing out if others are late
• Please be at the farm by 3.30pm latest as we will be explaining the rules

Dress code:

• It will be hot and you will be moving around a lot
• Some areas are sandy
• You might get wet if you play soapy football, so you might need a change of clothes
• You might decide to ride a horse

Food:

• We are having a BBQ done on-site. If you are Vegetarian/Vegan or have any food allergies, please let me know ASAP. So far I have only 2 vegetarians registered...
• Cold/hot drinks and snacks will be available during the whole event.

Other points:

• Please do not bring your own drinks/snack unless they are specific or for children
• Please do not bring shisha - it will be a shisha-less event
• Please do not bring any alcoholic beverages
• Feel free to dress up :015:

Another great success for our Club, as we were assuming audience for 100 attendees. As per today we sold the whole capacity of Hobbies Club and 150 proud members of our Club will attend this magnificent event.
