When I'm looking on the distance between front and rear wheels, I think the base is used from L200 Mitsubishi pickup...

Guyz ! Is there more than one of these? coz the ride has different rims and colour in two videos. Also, any idea what it that wire/pipe kinda thing attached to the rim in the first video:032:
