Hi All,
My Wife and I have only been living here for about 9 weeks, but i was under the impression it is already the law, no kissing in public, and dressing modestly (shoulders and knees covered). Have i understood that right? We don't want to cause offence. Also i have had mixed messages on married couples holding hands, is that ok or just tolerated, and how about walking arm in arm?

Hand holding & walking arm in arm is okay as long as there is decency

Alshamsi, bobpavan,
Thank you for the information. I think dubai is a very accepting place and it is important to try to respect local cultures and traditions.
