Hello Almosters,
My name is Jon and I am in the process of moving to Dubai. I have been driving Jeeps since about 1986, and am tearfully saying goodbye to my 2012 JKU Rubicon in the States. I am currently looking at places to live and used 4x4's. I will see y'all out on a ride as soon as I can get a vehicle. I haven't done any desert driving worth mentioning, but I am eager to learn from the experts. I might even be so desperate as to buy a Nissan.

Welcome to UAE
You could ship it to Dubai for abt 2000 dollars by sea and vice versa
Nissans are better than Jeeps in all aspects in the desert but if you are a jeeper, a Jeep it is
Most of our marshals are avid Jeepers, they built them tough
