I saw in the papers that preference will be given to Gulf News Subscribers. If so should our club members mention the same in case they are subscribers.

I most cases, these Marshals are experienced off-roaders from various nationalities, many of them are Marshalling this event since many years.

Just wanted to confirm that ll the members who have sent their papers to me have been regestered. Except for Shamnas who didnt get back with the CC details.

There will be an announcment in the GN on 4th Jan listing all the regestered participants. You can add passengers from now till 6th Jan.

The FD packages with the car numbers and food vouchers will be available from 5th Jan. I am trying to see if they can be arranged for collection in Dubai if not I will collect them for all and coordinate with Bu Salem to send them out to DXB / SHJ.

I will send you all copies of the reciept against which you can go to any GN office and add your passengers. Be sure to carry copies of Emirates ID or curent passport / visa page for all passengers you want to add.
