I don't think that applies to the new Jeep Wrangler JK with the 3.6l vvt pentastar .......... an engine designed to function like a V8

yup I agree with you, because If Wrangler lost its 4x4 style then jeep will be totalled!

4x4 means boxy rough shape noisy car with big gap around the big tires ... so of course old ones usually are the winner.
