1. is the registration per car or per person ? - Registration for the drive is per car. But the fees have to be paid per person in the car.
2. what document is needed to be present at the time of registration ? - If I remember correctly then only some ID proof is required.
3. if i have apassanger, how and what he should do to get registered. - Add the passenger names in the form when registering. Money is collected accordingly.

You have to hand it over to the nearest Marshal/Explorer next to you otherwise will have a flood of money coming and we won't know who PAID first. Sorry to make your life difficult but we don't want any disappointment from any member

one more question.
Is it possible that some one can register himself (without car) and join some one who is registered with car?
am wondering how my colleague will manage his registration ( without car as he will be my codriver), he is also based in riyadh, KSA.

kamran you would need to add your colleagues name as a passenger in your car when you do the registration for yourself.

Priority is to get your car regestered as you have the option to add passengers after regestering the car/ driver. Passengers can be added till a few days before the drive.
