Hi Club Members,

I find some of you are finding it hard how to register for the trip .... you should think how it will be driving in the sands :)

Its not rocket science, I posted this long time ago and here for your help posting it again.

You will need to register yourself

Simply dragging the registration section of the page all the way down and there you will find button which says join, ( you will need to tick the option which reads (

Trip discipline & compliance rules !!

)
tick this option and click on join button

This will take you to a new page you will be given 2 option

On the right hand side with radio button will put in the main convoy

On the left hand side with radio button will put in the waiting list

Make appropriate selection

There are two fields for

Your mobile number

Your car model fill that in

and join,

you will see your name appear in the relevant convoy.

If you are unable to register ( due to registration system issue then please contact admin or any of the marshals and they can look into it for you)

But far as registration is concerned everyone has to do it themselves and have to do it quickly before trip is full :)

good luck

See you in sands.

Hey Mubz, thanks for the sarcastic post about our ability in register to the trip. Yes, it is not rocket science but I can't even find the trip description: "This page can't be displayed" is the best answer till now. I work on a machine that cost 125 millions of dollars which took me many years of study to manage and I can't find my way in this web site! I really need to suggest you to make it easier. Ciao

Wow, 125KK bucks, that something for me... based on your error message I think you just need to go to the first post in this thread, just to see the trip description, now you are at #21...
BTW, many thanks for your advice, but could you pls be so kind and share with us, in which way, we should make it easier? "This page can't be displayed" error message is indicating to standard Internet connection problems, improper proxy settings or retrieving the content from the cache... All users at the moment can get the content from our web server except you. Do you still think that there is a problem with our web server?

Its a way of showing that 'once we didn't know how to do it either'

Here, everyone is your brother (and) sister.

Hello everyone, this will be my first trip with Almost4x4 and I am really looking forward to it. I just want to highlight that I had technical issues with the forum and registration etc. and caprihorse made an effort to resolve these as if it is the most normal thing in the world. Now I understand why you guys call yourselves the "second family" and I am excited to become part of this soon... See you friday in the sand! for the Chief!!!
