An amazing ride organized by @baris and Lead by @optimus
I joined the club to learn my car better, learn offroading properly & safely - and to get enough experience to come in and out of the desert corners for overnight camping without getting in avoidable trouble. And yet I ended up driving over 50 km/h between dunes, doing arch after an arch.
This was my 8th overall drive and my second drive in the area (I even recognized 2 previous spots where I struggled last time). This was a sensibly long drive of 50 km and it felt longer than usual. It had a good bit of everything: climbs, drops, recoveries, high speed bashing, plenty of arches and a technical area in the end. Plenty of fun and to my surprise I had only few second tries and no stucks.
We had one car give 110% and slightly fly over a climb, but luckily landed without injury to driver or car. Brakes don't work mid air
As always, communication is key to have a safe drive and as little friction as possible to avoid unnecessary stops.
