Dear members
I hope you read all statement:

Just woke here in New York and thought I'd check to see what's going on this weekend! So pleased to see a new challenge posted when I'm actually in Dubai again. Two trips in a row this month! It's fantastic. Just need to shop for an off road GPS next. Though with 20 cars listed so far and more than likely to increase in size I'm sure most tracks will lead the correct way....!

Thats the beauty of the newbie solo drives ........ your never sure if the tracks will lead to the right way or a ditch with a barb wire fence ...... good luck guys
as for your GPS ....... get a montana 600 or 650 ..... i have had mine for almost 2 years now and it does everything and anything i want to do except make me pizza
look up AMIT TRADING in baniyas road in deira or call em at 042291195
hope this helps
cheers

Thanks Strawb. The Montana seems to get the best reviews. I have heard it recommended more than once. After 20 years of using the sun and stars in the UAE desert (and being ''temporarily'' unsure of my position more than once!) its time I came into the modern world and accept technological progress!! I will just call my purchase a late Christmas gift to myself. And not mention it to my wife......!!

Hi Dave
Or just get the shop to change the price on it to Dhs600.....then it will only require an extra Dhs600 on jewellery!!!!

Already have a plan Paul. It will be disguised as an elaborate tissue box holder! If that fails, plan B will be your thoughtful suggestion! See you Friday.
