Advice on buy a Nissan Patrol

Hello all,
Manage to get rid of my Grand Cherokee which was almost like a bitter divorce! Now on the search again and I am looking to get a Nissan Patrol 1999-2000(Y61) with around 200k kms on the clock. Looking for some advice from the Patrol experts on this forum on the things I should look out for when buying this model and any known issues you may be aware of? Also I haven't seen many old cars with forum members and wondering if car of this age will be suitable for the dune bashing? Or will it turn out to be a visit to workshop after every trip? :)
