Welcome on Board Fari. Few are as lucky as to get a ride with one of our Founders first time. I had a ride with Shamsi once upon a time in an Advanced trip and I can never forget it, rather, he made it unforgettable (I was scared stiff).Fari;15485 wrote:Hi All,

Please be careful with the Pajero, the back bumper tends to "dislocate" and get "mutilated".. if you're planing on taking it on the sand, invest in some protecton or remove it temporarly. She will serve you fine durin the Club Member and Newbie levels. She's a fine car, sadly Mitsubishi decided to make it much more road friendly than we desire.
We strongly recommend members to read the following thread, http://www.almost4x4.com/vb/showthre...Most-Important it will only add to your knowledge and saftey.
See you on the Sand

Hi folks, my name is Daniel and I'm 25. I have a 2011 Jeep Wrangler (manual transmission, no mods) which I got almost a year ago. I've taken my jeep to the desert only a few times with some friends, so I'm a complete newbie and I'm looking forward to learning proper off-road techniques. I've been browsing the safety tips articles and other threads - there is a lot of great information on this forum! I wish I had discovered this community sooner.
I'm usually free on the weekend, so I hope I'll be able to join one of the newbie convoys soon.
