Hi Guys:

I am planning to take a trek to Wadi Wurayah this weekend. Does anyone has GPS points for the trek? I know how to reach Wadi, but not sure about the trek part. Suggestions/guidance welcome.

Regards,

Vin

Thanks Naser. Is it advisable to reduce tyre pressure?

Hi Sarookh,

Silvester had a very nice write-up of how to utilize GPSBabel and MapSource to create routes and upload them to a Garmin GPS unit. However, it seems that due to the issue with our website, that thread is gone.

I'll try to find my notes on this very subject and will share them with you.

Cheers,
George

25-20 PSI is recommended in these type of terrains to give you more comfortable ride.

If you have iPhone you can use EveryTrail App to see this track or as George mentioned you can use Silvister's idea.

I prefer to use "TakeItWithMe" to transfer my GPS points and routes.
