Scenario
Car registered in Abu Dhabi. Visa from RAK. Living in DXB
Solution
Car test done at Tasjeel - Al Barsha (AED 120) - time taken 15 mins
Proceeded to RTA - Al Barsha with passport copy with visa page, copy of driving license and EID, insurance and test paper.
Successfully registered in DXB (AED 105). Time taken 5 mins
Note: Tenancy agreement not required. Retained AUH car plate.
