OK Earthman , In order to help you , you need to help me first . Could you please provide more information , such as :-

- What vehicle & which model ?
- Spare Tyre size ?
- Fiber glass cover or fabric ?
- Original or aftermarket ?
- New or used ?
- Which Emirate you resident ?

They may look like a lot of questions , but the more specific info , the more useful help ....

If this is the case , your best option is the " universal spare cover " made out of nylon fabric ( looks like false leather ) . Its cheap but durable and the looks are not bad .

Available in most of the car accessory shops ( price 50 to 150 DH ) depends on quality .

Opposite to Hyatt Regency Hotel ( Diera ) . Ras-Al Khor ( Bur Dubai ) or Alquoz .

I have seen some with corporate logo & Info. companies are doing it as a publicity & advertisement , they used to distribute it for free ( prior to 2008 ) . Nevertheless I guess you can head to the upholstery & cushion shops in the same area for a custom made .
