I bought this by mistake and couldn't return it to the shop. I am using instead the trolley jack with wooden plate base.
This piece is new and has never been used.

I think you can still use it for trolley Jack while placing upside down.

I thought about it, but my trolley jack is long and so its wheels will be outside the plate... I guess in my situation wooden plate would fit better.
