Dear Almosters,

As the cold breeze season started, Cyclist must welcome it and enjoy cycling in that amazing weather. So lets cycle at Nad al Shiba cycling track and achieve our target (20 Km). Stretching break will be also there.

The Required Equipment for this trip: 

• Helmet - Cycling rule: No Helmet - No Ride
• A bike in good condition.
• Front and back lights 
• Wheels side reflectors 
• A First Aid Kit to be kept in your car.
• Bottle of water or back bag with water reservoir to keep self-hydrated.
