Dear Newbies, 

We will have 2 convoys with max 10 cars each, Convoy 1 is for Newbies 5- Convoy 2 is for Newbies 5+

Place are limited in order to get the max benefit for each driver, 

The track is expected to be interesting, target is to polish and improve your skills

Considering the hot weather we will start very early in the morning and will drive about 3 hours, plan is to end the drive around 9am.

Please make sure you have a full tank and water

Registration System:

SL  - Marshals

• Only for Marshals & Crew registrations

​SL1 – Newbies 5- (10 cars max) - Convoy 1

• Only for Newbies with more less than 5 drives with the club

​SL2 – Newbies 5+ (10 cars max) - Convoy 2

• Only for Newbies with more than 5 drives with the club

SL3 -  Maybe list 

• It is somehow the replacement for Waiting List or members with more than 10+ if the SL2 is not full 

SL4 - Int/Adv (rescue training team)

• 6 places are available for Adv and Int drivers

Driving the Convoy in the Desert

Important Notes:

A real off-roader must be able to read and understand all instructions given to her/him not only during the drive, but also at the registration process, to ensure the safety and success of the whole event. So pls follow all instructions accordingly.

We ask all registered drivers, who for some reason cannot join, to remove their registration from the list, to allow others to take the free places in the convoy.
Those drivers who are not sure, if they can join, should place their name on the Maybe list.

It is the responsibility of the driver to decide, whether it is safe to take passengers, especially children, on a trip by trip basis. We don’t advise to have the children under age of 6, at all our trips, in the driver’s car. Young children MUST be seated in an approved car seat, in the rear of the vehicle, AND securely fastened with seat belts in their own designated rear seat, and not sitting on driver’s or passenger’s laps.
However we bring your attention to the fact that the leading Marshal may not authorize a driver to be in the convoy, who does not comply with the safety requirements, based on the planned trip level.
