After the successful 2 rounds  in the Solo  Emirates MotorPlex is inviting you all to join us as Marshals or audience  where you are going to enjoy the picture taken for  rally (Cars, baggies, bikes) and be live in the action Also we are going to  Marshal the event which is mainly " Making sure that track is secure ". So if you have the time and would like to try a new type of experience please register your name in the event and make sure that you have all the following because it is for your safety and the others.

 Friday 28, Feb – Afternoon – Beach

2 PM – 6 PM X 4

Saturday 01, March - Morning/Desert – Desert

9 PM – 1 AM X 2 then 4 am - 6 am X 1 opposite way

10 aM – 2 PM – Beach X 4 opposite way

General Comments.

• We need SWEEP TEAM for Saturday Sessions because we are going to  cover 65 km.
• Friday Night which is Saturday morning we need to be in Stations around 4:30 in the morning  So we might  need to have NIGHT CAMP to make our life easier
• We can make the 3 sessions as Sperate Conovys to guarantee the number of people for the whole rally.
• We need minimum 14 MARSHAL.
• The rally marshals must be able to drive alone in the DARK.

Minimum Recovery Equipment:

·        Rated (approved) snatch strap
·        2 Rated Shackles
·        Rated Hook
·        Car jack
·        Tyre deflator
·        Shovel
·        Spare tyre in good shape
·        Front & rear towing points
·        Air compressor
·        Base plate for jacking vehicle

Minimum safety equipment:
- Fire extinguisher
- Flag pole including flag
- Communication device ( Walkie Talkie)


Okey Marshals, The program will be as following

1. We are going to meet in the MotorPlex Parking lot  (N25° 34.352  E55° 39.222) on {E11) Emirates 28/2/2014 at 13:30  and departure at 14:00  SHARP. 
2. All Rally marshals will get a quick brief on what is the task which is mainly “ making sure that the track is free of cars or animals while the rally is on.
3. Arrive at Rally Starting point at 15:00 .
4. It will take around 30 min to dispatch the marshals on 65 km 
5. Meals. Will be served for 2 persons only but if you can bring your friends with you if like to chit chat . Also I recommend to take your cameras with you cuz you can get EXCELLENT SHOTS.

Please Don’t forget to bring your RADIO “ Walkie Talkie” or you are going to use your mobile for communications
