Also a shame you guys only drive on Friday, as I’ll be working most of the fridays :/

Welcome to the club, you have been registered to the club member drive for this friday. Since your name reflects in the list of drivers.

If you are concerned about the drive details (location, timings etc.), those details will be sent by PM to all the registered drivers after the registration is closed. The PM for the drive details is usually sent a day in advance to give enough time for all drivers to plan ahead.
