Guys, I spoke to Fadi and Vladimir, both don't sell it anymore. There's two options:

1) Purchase it online through: https://www.allprooffroad.com/fjacce.../fjcbandimount as Gorgin4325 did, for I think around 70 $
2) Purchase it from RADMAN in Umm Ramool(they have another branch in Ras Al Khor) as per Big Red's advice. I just got mine from there, cost me 100 AED.

They have 2 types, the one for 100 AED is the hinge by the trunk's door, the other is for 250 AED that goes on top of the spare tyre. I've attached photos for both of them.

The coordinates for both RADMAN branches are as follows:
- Umm Ramool: 25.227456,55.365300
- Ras Al Khor: 25.18486,55.37737
