Hi Almosters,

It was time to go to Sweihan since the Badayer & Madam was busy these days and we did several intermediate drives at Al Faqa.

The plan was to have two convoys (Which I believe smaller convoys move faster and smoother so more fun) to be led by Scorpio and Barish . I was with Scorpio . Unfortunately there was an issue before the start with one of the shocks (Its very common with Fox 2.0) of Scorpio so Rashidjass took over the lead and took us to his "special area" :) and Scorpio joined me as a passenger.

Rashidjass started immediately with a "Good morning" crest to wake up our intermediate drives and never stopped till the end of the drive thumbsup . The area was beautiful , untouched and provide great flow due to the nice interconnection of the chains and I really loved it.

It was a great day with Almosters and I enjoyed the company of Scorpio during the drive and I gave him one of my secrets about how to increase the horse power of Fjs yuush

I tooks some photos and hope you like it

Thanks to all organized, supported and participated.

See you next time

Hello Everyone!

Morning Thrill or Thrilling Morning!!
WHAT A FANTASTICAL DRIVE!!!

The drive that I will remember for a very long time!

I was in a convoy lead by Rashidjass bro in itself a challenge and thrill plus driving towards the sun shinning at our face, flying sand made it more thrilling!

Immediately after getting down from the gatch road, Rashidjass hit a sharp crest with a note “Guys Welcome to Sweihan!! Hahahah! That moment I realized that it’s going to be FUN! From there we focused on our leader and flattened each and every crest that came into his way!

During the drive we had multiple second tries, a tire cut but no major issues. Everyone was escorted to the tarmac safe and sound!

I thank Daggerfall for organizing the drive, floating around the convoy making sure for our safety.
Abu Odai for the support.
And all my fellow intermediates for comming.
It’s always a pleasure to see you all and drive together!

Till next time

Hello Everyone,

Getting up early in the morning and drive to Sweihan only to find out that at the meeting point that your suspension is out of the bolt and you can’t drive, would be the last thing you want to happen…anyways it was one of those days brigade.baka-wolf.com

As mentioned by Daggerfall I was supposed to lead one of the convoys but due to this unforeseen issue, I could not drive; and thanks to Rashidjass for saving the day thumbsup . This will give you some indication why the drives always have a minimum of two marshals per convoy. So, I took Daggerfall’s passenger seat and the drive started in a way that Rashidjass went straight up on a dune and rode on the crest from one side to the other. Well, it was a wakeup call to everyone and a loud one ORLY .

It was not long after the start that we met with alshamsi_m on the track. He was to join the other convoy but passed by us to say hello in love . We had an amazing drive with full of thrill. Many 2nd, 3rd, 4th and subsequent tries were encountered during the drive and that shows the challenge the drive offered on fire . We also had one cut tire that was replaced with the spare one and had couple of stuck rescues.

The drive ended as planned where we met the other convoy. From there, I rode with Rashidjass and went to the morning meeting point to pick up the Megatron.

Thanks to Barish and Booy for taking care of the other convoy and Bu Salem for his guidance and support. Love you Daggerfall for the amazing ride and your secret tip thumbsup – I am going to use it from the next drive to spoil the crests arr. .

While I am writing this report, the suspension has been fixed already but I am planning to go for a new setup now.

Hope to see you soon in the sand..

Cheers 8-)

What a lead by Rashidjass :D
it was thrill non stop, with full of side crest, big dunes and challenge tracks with excitement.
Wee had some second tries, I think 3 stucks and one pop-out because the tire had a cut on side.

here is our track with some info and pics:

Hello Everybody,
I always say that Sweihan never failed to keep me amazed!!

As its name, the drive was a thrilling yet fantastic morning drive.
The drivers were split into 2 convoys one led by Barish , and the other was to be led by Scorpio , i was floating with Booy in Barish convoy, and haider alnuaimi was sweeping
the track Barish took was brilliant and technical with a nice taste of sweihan high dunes and sharp crests, we had multiple of 2nd tries and tire cut, but all in all the drive was smooth and all the drivers were escorted back safe and sound.

thanks Daggerfall for organizing the trip, and Barish brilliant track, and haider alnuaimi for sweeping, and alshamsi_m , and Booy for the support.

until the next time, stay safe

It was really exciting for me to lead intermediate convoy in beautiful Sweihan. Another early morning drive from dark to sun but enough shade of high dunes..!

We started with mid to high dunes, followed the chains and reached to small to mid size dunes by the second half of the drive. We experienced opposite site crests along with the opposite wind direction moving the sand to the driver side. We met with alshamsi_m with his passenger Taco, had our coffee and choco-lokum and continued to the bigger dunes by the last quarter of the drive. We justified once more that the "winds on the highs are stronger".

All the convoy did very well from newest to the most experienced driver; some second leads, stucks but with self-recoveries. We should always make sure that we are staying more on the crest avoiding immediate turns. Stucks are part of the game but flying is not allowed.

Thanks to all support team for great effort on every situation and Booy and alshamsi_m being continous eyes on all of the convoy.

Never forget to improve when you change.
